We have numerous classes available for both members and non-members at the Sports Centre, for both adults and children…
The Sports Centre has workout classes to suit everyone, from aerobics, to pilates and kettle bells.

To avoid the queues, it is advisable to book your class in advance, this can be done up to seven days in advance.

Charges for unattended classes
Applicable to all customers and members, including platinum members: if you don’t attend an advanced booked class you will now be charged the full rate for that particular class. To ensure you are marked as ‘attending’, please make sure that you swipe your membership card at the reception gate, even if it is open. If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, please cancel the class to avoid being charged. Cancellations can be done either online, at reception, or by leaving a message on our dedicated 24 hour cancellation line on (01524) 510015.
The Sports Centre is expanding the range of classes on offer. Try out something new this Spring, be it indoors or out.
Bootcamp Join us for an early morning boot camp for a flying start to your day. Working in teams, the class is a mix of speed, strength and power exercises both indoor and outdoors. The boot camp is for everyone but it’s going to be tough so come prepared to work hard! We are going to get out of the studio and onto the Sports Centre’s beautiful outdoor facilities; come prepared for whatever conditions are thrown at us. Let’s get little muddy and a lot fitter together!
Fusion Workout Fusion combines resistance training with the strength and flexibility of yoga and pilates to give you a strong, toned and balanced body.
Boxercise Designed to develop muscular strength, tone, endurance and co-ordination by incorporating boxing techniques with a variety of equipment, including punch bags. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. This class is designed to develop muscular strength, toning, endurance and co-ordination. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
Resistance Legs, Bums & Tums A body conditioning class that focuses on those hard to train areas and help to develop tone, strength and shape to your Legs, Bums and Tums. Using Body weight exercises, core conditioning and resistance work to leave you feeling stronger and slender.
Metafit Metafit is a 30 minute workout that will set your metabolism on fire and seriously change your body shape, muscle tone, boost metabolism and ultimately burn fat. Metafit is suitable for all fitness levels. The 30 minute total body workout that keeps working for 24 hours after the session!
Firm Arms & Abs Firm Arms & Abs is complete upper body training. This class will define and sculpt your chest, back, arms and shoulders. Combine this class with 1 of our ultimate leg classes to create a whole new body definition!
